I am an expert computer repair tech with proficient customer service skills & 20+ years of management experience.
I have 5 years experience with the software development process having consulted for and worked with “Title-Trac” (www.titletraconline.com). I was the lead consultant assisting with industry specific content, extensive testing, implementation, installations and training both on-site and remotely, licensing and remote customer service and support.
I have more than 5 years experience with desktop/laptop troubleshooting and repair, remote tech support, the help desk environment, networking, active directory, Windows Server 2008 setup/maintenance, VMware, employee training, and multiple operating systems including Mac OS X with some Linux.
